Let us take on the demands of party planning so you can "just show up", and have a good time. We specialize in turn key parties so you can get the most out of your time and money. Each party package below includes food and drink, and a private room for 2 hours. For the safety of our smallest guests, birthday parties can only be booked for kids age 1-6 years old for up to 20 children. This age range does not apply to their party guests. 

This party package serves up to 10 kids. It gets the job done with the least amount of fuss! It's great for a playdate with multiple kids or a small celebration. This package is during normal open play hours.

This party package is private serves up to 10 kids. It's offered Fridays from 5PM-7PM.  This package is great for an afterschool preschool party. It includes pizza and juice and a private room

This party package serves up to 10 kids. This is a great package for the early riser! It includes a private room for 2 hours, donuts, mini kolaches and table decor/plateware in the colors of your choice. This package is semi private and is only offered Saturdays from 9AM-11AM. The first hour of the party is closed to the public.

This party package serves up to 12 kids. This is a great starter package for the DIYer who just wants to add their own touches. It includes a private room for 2 hours, pizza, and table decor/plateware in the colors of your choice. This is a private party, and the cafe is closed to the public during the reserved party time.

This party package serves up to 15 kids. This premium package includes everything needed for your kiddo to have a good time such as pizza, cupcakes and a frozen treat. You can choose from our list of over 20 predesigned themes so you don't have to worry about decorations! Just show up! We provide the cupcakes, additional snacks and future play passes for your guest as party favors. This is a private party, and the cafe is closed to the public during the reserved party time.

This party package serves up to 20 kids. This package includes everything from the premium package and allows the adults to get in on the fun too! It includes adult beverages that serve between 15-20 people, and adult style snacks. You can choose from a sophisticated chacuterrie board, or go for something hardy like a sandwich tray. To top it off, we will bring your Pinterest dream party to life and we will execute up to 3 design elements from your Pinterest board. This package includes our memories package at no additional cost. We will take pictures of your event and provide you with a downloadable link to enjoy for years to come! This is a private party, and the cafe is closed to the public during the reserved party time.

We call this "The Big "One" for multiple reasons. We all know that the first birthday party is more for the adults than the kid!  This party package includes the entire facility rental. That's right! WE SHUT IT DOWN! You get our entire facility for 4 hours. We provide the same items as the Pinterest Palooza. The cafe remains open. The maximum number of people for this event is 150 people. You do not have to be turning 1 to book this package.

Capture the joyful moments of your birthday celebration with our Memories package. Perfect for those looking for a fun and informal way to document their special day, our friendly photographer will mingle with your guests, snapping candid shots and capturing the spirit of your party. While not a professional, our team has an eye for fun moments, ensuring your memories are preserved in style. We will prepare a link for you to download your photos.

Party policies

  • To maximize guest interaction and experience, parties are guided by a party host. Parties are completely private and closed to the public.

  • Members receive $50 off each weekend  package. 

  • We need at least 7 days notice to be able to properly execute the "Just Show Up" party packages. Please contact us to ensure we can meet your party needs before booking if booking 7 days or less out from the party date.

  • A $185 deposit secures your date and time when booked. This fee is nonrefundable and goes towards your final bill.

  • If you wish to cancel your event, you must do so with written notice at least 7 days prior to your event. If not your card will be charged the remaining balance on the day of your event.

  • Parties may be rescheduled within 72 hours of the event due to an act of God or weather. The event must be rescheduled and executed within a 60 day window.

  • You may enter 15 minutes prior to your party to set up.

  • You and your guests have a 15 minute grace period to exit the facility upon the completion of your party.

  • Each premium party package has a limit of 20 kids and 50 adults. A fee of $6 will be charged for each additional adult attending your event. This fee is separate from the $18 per person add on fee for the premium packages. Each additional playing child is $14. If you would like to book a larger party to accommodate more guests, please email us at info@justkiddingplaycafe.com.

  • If you have reached your party limit for kids or adults any additional guests that arrive are subject to our facility's capacity and maximum occupancy regulations.

  • You will receive a call within 72 hours of your event to go over policies and procedures and to answer any questions you may have concerning your event.

F.A.Q.

  • Can I bring in my own food and drink?

    • Yes, for private events only​

  • How early can I enter to decorate?​​

    • ​ 15 minutes prior to your party​​

  • Do I have to bring my own plates and cups?

    • Yes if you are providing food for your additional guests. Plates are provided for the pizza for the kids.

  • What can be used to decorate?

    • Painters tape, or drywall friendly tape. No push pins or tape not suitable for drywall.​

  • Can I choose my room?

    • No​

  • Can the kids stay to play after my 2 hour event has ended?

    • No, all guests must exit. There is a 15 minute grace period​

  • If booking the Just Show Up Package, can I choose my decorations?

    • No,  however you may send an invitation to help the staff with the overall look. Written in  themes are subject to the availability of the party supplies​.

  • Can I bring in a character for my party?​​

    • Yes​

  • Are grip socks included in the package?

    • No, but you may use any grippy socks to play. ​

  • Is the cafe open during the party?

    • Yes, we allow the public to enter to purchase coffee to go only. They are no permitted to stay​.

  • Can I decorate the entire facility for my celebration?

    • Only for "The Big One" party package.​
